Hearth filled with polymeric sand.
Chimney cleaned.
Attic bannister installed by Tom Sederman. Hedges trimmed. Passed homeowner's insurance inspection.
June 2010 - Wireless internet access arranged with Keelers, funded by ongoing donations to
that each family will donate $10 or more per stay. (Ruby Whale Guest/capehouse, Ruby Whale/gin&tonic)
